Community Celebrates the Second Taste of Belgium Bistro in the Dayton Area
DAYTON, OH – July 30, 2024 — Taste of Belgium, the Cincinnati-based eatery known for its Belgian-inspired cuisine, opened its newest bistro at Austin Landing, 10267 Penny Lane, in Miamisburg, with an official ribbon-cutting event today. This expansion marks the second Taste of Belgium location in the Dayton area, following the success of the Beavercreek bistro at The Greene in July 2023.
The decision to establish a presence at Austin Landing stems from Taste of Belgium's focus on sharing its locally infused, Belgian-inspired creations with the vibrant communities of Miamisburg, Springboro, and beyond. The Austin Landing bistro will offer a diverse menu featuring signature dishes like Waffle & Chicken and Mussels & Frites, along with the largest selection of Belgian beers in the region.
Spanning nearly 6,000 square feet, the Austin Landing bistro is about 20% larger than its counterpart at The Greene. This expanded space will accommodate seating for 140 guests within the full-service bar and restaurant, complemented by an 80-seat outdoor patio for alfresco dining.
Reflecting Taste of Belgium's brand revitalization, the interior design at Austin Landing showcases a bold, yet inviting color palette, incorporating brand graphics throughout the bistro. This thoughtful redesign aims to enhance the overall dining experience, offering patrons a comfortable and visually engaging atmosphere.
