LAROSA'S “FISH FRY” BACK AGAIN FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY

Fish-Focused Selections Are Guest Favorites

CINCINNATI, OHIO – February 14, 2024 - LaRosa's Family Pizzeria, this year celebrating its 70th anniversary, is proud to announce the return of its exclusive "Fish Fry" limited-time only menu selections at all LaRosa’s pizzerias today-- Valentine's Day and Ash Wednesday -- the official start of Lent.

Founder Buddy LaRosa began serving the Fish Fry early on to better serve Catholic guests observing the church's tradition of not eating meat during Lent. “My dad always listened to what his guests wanted and that’s what we still do today,” noted Mike LaRosa, CEO of LaRosa’s, Inc. and son of LaRosa’s founder. “We bring back the Fish Fry every year because guests continue to ask for it and it’s something different that we can offer them,” he said.

The selections on LaRosa’s Fish Fry menu include the always-popular Beer Battered Fish Hoagy (fried Haddock topped with provolone cheese and Frisch’s original tartar sauce) as well as the Beer Battered Fish Fillet Dinner (6 oz. fried fillet of Haddock with Frisch’s original tartar sauce and LaRosa’s crunchy French fries), which is added to the menu for a limited time only.

Along with the Fish Fry, this year LaRosa’s is again bringing back both the Tuna Hoagy and Tuna Salad plate. The tuna recipe is a LaRosa’s guest favorite that they look forward to every year. “This is our tuna salad recipe from years ago with mayonnaise and pickle relish. We had served some other versions, but this is the recipe that our Guests kept asking for, so, we brought it back,” Mike LaRosa said. The limited time only selections will be available on LaRosa’s menu through Mother’s Day- Sunday, May 12.

LaRosa's selection of meatless menu options also includes the new Cauliflower Bites (light and crispy pieces of cauliflower with choice of sauce for dipping) and the classic Veggie Deluxe pizza (mushrooms, onion, spinach and Roma tomatoes with Family Recipe Pizza Sauce).  And, of course, nothing beats a classic LaRosa’s cheese pizza.
