AVIATRA ACCELERATORS ANNOUNCES SPRING WOMEN-OWNED BUSINESS CRAWL IN COVINGTON
More Than Thirty-five Covington Women-Owned Businesses to Participate
CINCINNATI, OH – April 8, 2025 - Aviatra Accelerators, a regional non-profit dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs with education, resources, and connections, announces its fifth Women-Owned Business "Crawl" (WOB Crawl) in Covington’s Downtown and MainStrasse neighborhoods on Saturday, April 26, from 11:00 am to 4pm. The event will showcase over thirty women-owned businesses from retail shops to bars, restaurants, and service providers, celebrating the women entrepreneurs and businesses within the thriving Covington community including Golden Gelato, Handzy, Juniper’s Gin Bar, Revival Vintage Bottle Shop, Purple Paisley Local Artisan Shop and House of Beauty, among others.
"There are so many women-owned small businesses in Covington – so this event really shines a light on those businesses and offers an opportunity for the community to support them,” said Jill Morenz, CEO of Aviatra Accelerators. “From bars and restaurants to boutiques and gift shops, the event provides an ideal opportunity for people to discover what our women-owned businesses have to offer”, she continued.
The crawl is a 2.5-mile walkable route; attendees begin by checking in at Aviatra Accelerators located at, 114 W. Pike St., Covington, KY between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm. Each $20 ticket includes a map of participating businesses, a wristband granting access to exclusive discounts at each location for the entire day, and entry into a raffle for various prizes donated by participating businesses. The first 100 attendees will also receive a free sparkly pink reusable WOB Crawl shopping bag.
