LAROSA'S INTRODUCES CAULIFLOWER PIZZA CRUST
Artisan-style Crust a Tasty Alternative for the New Year
CINCINNATI, OHIO – January 8, 2024 - LaRosa's Family Pizzeria is ushering in the new year with a continued commitment to providing new and different options for its Guests. Beginning today, a Cauliflower Pizza Crust offering an alternative to traditional crust options and new Cauliflower Bites are available at all LaRosa’s for dine-in, pick-up or delivery.
LaRosa's is adding its Cauliflower Pizza Crust in response to evolving Guest preferences and a growing focus on more personalized lifestyle choices. This artisan-style crust not only caters to those seeking a pizza option without gluten, but also stands out as an alternative to regular crust with naturally higher fiber and protein content.
"We always listen to our Guests' feedback, especially when they tell us their preferences for new and different menu choices. The new Cauliflower Pizza Crust is something for which they’ve been asking that will help keep our menu lively and relevant," said Mike LaRosa, CEO, LaRosa’s, Inc.
While Cauliflower Crust is gluten free, it is prepared and baked in LaRosa’s kitchens alongside recipes that do contain gluten. So, LaRosa’s Cauliflower Crust Pizza isn’t recommended for Guests with severe gluten intolerance.
In addition to the Cauliflower Pizza Crust, LaRosa's is introducing another new menu selection–Cauliflower Bites. These light and crispy bites of cauliflower are breaded and fried to make a flavorful and shareable appetizer served with ranch sauce for dipping.
LaRosa's invites Guests to try both the Cauliflower Crust Pizza and new Cauliflower Bites as exciting menu alternatives in the new year. To order them, along with over 40 other LaRosa’s favorites including starters, calzones, hoagys, salads and pastas, visit larosas.com or stop by your neighborhood LaRosa’s pizzeria.
