AVIATRA ACCELERATORS DAYTON STRENGTHENS LEADERSHIP WITH NEW ADVISORY COUNCIL MEMBERS
Nonprofit Continues to Build Team of Local Talent to Empower Woman Leaders
DAYTON, OH – June 13, 2023 – Aviatra Accelerators, a leading Dayton non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs through education, connections, and resources, has appointed three new business leaders to its Advisory Council: Elizabeth Presher, Robin Gentry McGee, and Whitney Barkley. These experienced women will bring valuable expertise and insight to support Aviatra's mission of fostering the growth and success of women-owned businesses.
The Aviatra Advisory Council plays a vital role in providing technical assistance, securing donations, and assisting with events. Their commitment to empowering women entrepreneurs and driving operational excellence is instrumental in Aviatra's success. The new Dayton advisory council members are:
- Elizabeth Presher is a fourth generation Dayton entrepreneur. After successfully operating the Dayton area's first mobile boutique, she transitioned her expertise to marketing and now owns Hite Digital Dayton. Combining her boutique ownership experience with her passion for marketing, Elizabeth specializes in helping businesses grow through digital and email marketing.
- Robin Gentry McGee has dedicated 30 years to the health and wellness industry, with remarkable success - most notably the creation of Functional Formularies, the first organic whole foods enteral nutrition product. She is currently in the process of launching a new company, Essential Provisions LLC, which will offer organic whole food products including MREs, sports nutrition and other products. An alumnus of Aviatra Accelerators, Robin provided the leadership contribution that enabled Aviatra to expand to Dayton, Ohio.
- Whitney Barkley, M.S. serves as the Director of the Greater West Dayton Incubator and is CEO of Speakerazzi, a content marketing firm catering to authors, coaches, speakers, and small business owners nationwide. She is also a filmmaker, podcast host, author, and founder of Luv Yours Stationery.
