More Than Two Dozen Women-Owned Businesses in

OTR to Participate in One Day Crawl

CINCINNATI, OH - November 9, 2023 - Aviatra Accelerators, a regional non-profit dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs with education, resources, and connections, announces its second Women-Owned Business "Crawl" (WOB Crawl) in Over-The-Rhine (OTR) on Saturday, November 18, from noon to 4:00 pm. The event will showcase more than two dozen women-owned retail shops, bars, restaurants, and service providers, celebrating the remarkable women entrepreneurs who contribute to the thriving OTR community.

            Businesses featured on the “WOB Crawl" include Junebug Jewelry Design, Fifty Fifty Gin Club, Top Notch Beauty Lounge, Churchill’s Fine Teas, Symphony Hotel, Jamieson’s Urban Pet Spa, Black Career Women’s Network, Revel Urban Winery, Sacred Beast Diner, Lucca and Eliza Jane’s Bake Shop, among others.

            Jill Morenz, CEO of Aviatra Accelerators, shared her excitement for the event, stating, "This event is a fantastic way to kickstart your holiday shopping while embracing the vibrant atmosphere of Over-The-Rhine. By participating, you not only discover amazing products and services but also show your support for local women-owned businesses."

            Attendees will begin their 2.5 mile walkable route at Bricker-Graydon 1421 Main Street, with a $20 ticket which includes an exclusive map of participating businesses, a wristband, granting them access to special discounts at each location, and the chance to win raffle prizes and other gifts. The first 100 attendees will also receive a reusable WOB Crawl shopping bag.

Beyond the shopping and dining, the event provides an opportunity to connect with the dynamic woman-led business community that defines Cincinnati's Over-The-Rhine neighborhood.  Attendees are encouraged ride the Connector Streetcar for free and make a day of the event. A gift wrap station, sponsored by U.S. Bank, will offer holiday wrapping for any purchases, with a suggested donation.

Attendees can continue to use their wristbands into the evening for savings on dinner or drinks at the participating businesses.
