JOURNEY ADVISORY GROUP ANNOUNCES THE ADDITION OF JAMES JOO, SENIOR INVESTMENT ADVISOR

Over Two Decades of Financial Leadership, Joo Will Focus on High-Net-Worth Client Strategies

 COVINGTON, KY - July 5, 2022 – Journey Advisory Group (JAG), a Greater Cincinnati registered investment advisory, has hired James Joo, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), as Senior Investment Advisor in its Blue Ash office.  As JAG continues to heighten its level of expertise & service in all aspects of financial services, the addition of Mr. Joo brings family office experience working with partners in the areas of legal, accounting, banking and real estate, for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. 

            Previously a Senior Investment Advisor with PNC Bank’s Wealth Group, Mr. Joo provided comprehensive investment advice and solutions to align client portfolios with their overall life objectives.  In this role, he specialized in working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients to enhance financial returns and minimize risk. Prior to his role at PNC, Mr. Joo served as Vice-President and Senior Portfolio Manager for US Bank’s Private Client Reserve where he was consistently recognized throughout his tenure for outstanding client service and exceptional leadership, with the US Bank Wealth Management Reserve Elite Award.

            Mr. Joo strongly believes in commitment to the local community and is active on the boards of Clovernook Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired, as well as the Albert J. Ryan Foundation. He is a graduate of Xavier University and resides in Blue Ash.
