2022 OVER-THE-RHINE FILM FESTIVAL SEEKING VOLUNTEERS

CINCINNATI, OH –May 24, 2022 – The premier diversity festival in the United States led by the disability community, The Over-The-Rhine Film Festival, presented by LADD, is looking for volunteers for a variety of roles during its event July 7 through 10, 2022.  The highly anticipated event will screen over fifty films at a variety of venues in the diverse Cincinnati neighborhood of Over-the-Rhine, including The Art Academy of Cincinnati, The Woodward Theater, Harriet Beecher Stowe House and The Freedom Center.

A variety of time commitments/shifts in the morning, afternoon or evening are available Thursday, July 7 through Sunday July 10 for anyone interested in being part of bringing the community together through film to create connections, conversation and help to tell the stories that don’t get told.

Volunteers are needed to work in a variety of roles including:

  • Pre-event set-up

  • Lead volunteers

  • Ushers and way-finders

  • Concessions, souvenirs, and hospitality

  • Post-event take-down

Volunteer training will be provided prior to the event. As a thank you, all volunteers will receive complimentary film pass as well as a film festival t-shirt. Film passes will provide unlimited standby access to all festival films.
