LAROSA’S FAMILY PIZZERIAS CHANGING HOURS AT ALL LOCATIONS

Changes Are Geared Towards Increased Guest Safety & Service

CINCINNATI, OHIO –March 23, 2020–LaRosa’s Family Pizzerias announced new hours of operation focused on its commitment to help contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus.  New hours as of today at all LaRosa’s Family Pizzerias are:

-       Sunday through Thursday- Opening time varies at each pizzeria, reference https://www.larosas.com/locations  to  9 pm

-       Friday and Saturday – Open to 11 pm

The earlier closing time will allow LaRosa’s to consistently and thoroughly clean and disinfect all contact surfaces at each pizzeria. “We are completely committed to Guest safety and to providing the level of service our Guests are accustomed, so we appreciate everyone’s patience as we adjust our hours and service accordingly,” said Michael LaRosa, CEO, LaRosa’s, Inc.

            All LaRosa’s Guests can continue to enjoy LaRosa’s family recipe pizzas and other Italian favorites for pick-up and delivery at all locations.  As a reminder, LaRosa’s has made several service changes that Guests should be aware of:

·       Pick-up service now starts at the front door of Guests’ neighborhood LaRosa’s. Guests may be met by team members who will help direct them. Following a Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommendation, the number of Guests in the pick-up lobby will be limited to 10 or less.

·       When ordering, all Guests will be asked to consider paying with a credit card or gift card to help streamline both pick-up and delivery service. For now, in the interest of expediting the process, signatures will not be required for credit card orders for delivery or pick-up.

·       Guests should arrive at the specified pick-up time to help LaRosa’s pick-up team efficiently manage the flow of guests, and to minimize Guest wait time.

·       Guests ordering for delivery who prefer not to meet the LaRosa’s driver at their door can do the following when ordering: pay with a credit card or gift card, add a tip and give specific delivery directions (e.g.- leave food on porch chair). The driver will deliver the meal as instructed.
