LAROSA'S OPENING HILLSBORO FAMILY PIZZERIA ON MONDAY
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Demand from Local LaRosa’s Customers Key Driver in Opening New Location; Nearly 100 New Jobs Created as a Result
CINCINNATI, OHIO – October 19, 2018 – LaRosa’s Family Pizzeria will officially open to the general public in Hillsboro, Ohio, off of Harry Sauner Road on Monday, October 22 with lunch service beginning at 11am. The much-anticipated Hillsboro pizzeria features an over 200 seat dining room with a full-service bar serving beer, wine and liquor, a convenient pick up area and plenty of room for parties and meetings. The pizzeria will also deliver virtually everything from its menu of over 40 selections within a limited area.
This is the second LaRosa’s for franchise owner Tim O’Hara; he’s operated LaRosa’s Mt. Orab for the past 10 years. "Ever since we opened Mt. Orab, my friends from Highland County would come visit and talk to me about opening a pizzeria in Hillsboro," said O’Hara. "The right location came along at the right time, and here we are!" he said. LaRosa’s Hillsboro will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to midnight on Fridays, and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturdays. Almost all of the nearly 100 person staff are new, local hires - servers, cooks, drivers and other staff.
While famous for its pizza (still made nearly 65 years later using a beloved LaRosa aunt’s family recipe), LaRosa’s is also known for its diverse menu of over 40 selections. The menu, which includes calzones, hoagys, pasta, appetizers, salads, soups, desserts and special kids meals, is available for dine in, pick-up or delivery.
Today and Saturday, October 19 and 20, the LaRosa’s team will be holding private training sessions with invited guests to ensure the high level of service and food quality that LaRosa’s guests expect. LaRosa’s will donate proceeds from alcoholic beverage sales made during pre-opening training to the Hillsboro High School Athletic Department.
