84.51°’S MEGAN MOGLIA AND ALLISON UNKRAUT RECOGNIZED AS TOP WOMEN IN GROCERY BY PROGRESSIVE GROCER MAGAZINE

CINCINNATI, OH – August 23, 2017 – 84.51°, a powerhouse in pioneering customer engagement, is proud to announce that Megan Moglia and Allison Unkraut, both Senior Vice Presidents, Customer Strategy & Activation, were recognized as "Top Women in Grocery" by Progressive Grocer magazine.
Megan Moglia is focused on creating a 360° view of the customer in order to design new experiences and create operational efficiencies. With over fifteen years of experience in retail and insights, she previously served in leadership roles at dunnhumbyUSA and Universal Studios Home Entertainment. In 2009, Moglia was recognized by the Path to Purchase Institute as a "Who’s Who in Shopper Insights." Moglia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Marquette University. She resides in Amberley Village.
Allison Unkraut has spent more than 10 years in a variety of leadership roles at both dunnhumbyUSA and 84.51° working with Kroger to develop and implement customer first strategies as well as to enhance the customer shopping experience by creating the right mix of store formats to win various trip missions within existing and new markets across the U.S. Previously, she spent nearly a decade with The Provident Bank, where she held a host of positions within the finance, retail and marketing departments. In her last position, she was a Vice President and Assistant Market Director for the Cincinnati and Dayton areas. Allison holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Ohio University. She is also a member of the Network of Executive Women. Ms. Unkraut resides in Union, Kentucky.
Of the 348 women recognized, 56 Kroger associates, including 2 women from 84.51°, were highlighted as key players in their fields.
The Progressive Grocer "Top Women in Grocery" awards are presented to extraordinary women in the grocery business who display exceptional achievements both in and out of the office. The award is devoted to showcasing the overall excellence and continued achievement among female movers and shakers in the North American retail food industry.
This year’s recipients will be honored at a Progressive Grocer awards gala scheduled for November in Chicago, Illinois.
